    In order for our ninja team of web development experts to create the best possible site for you, we need you to take a few minutes and fill out the following information, which will help us better achieve the results you’re looking for.

    Primary Contact

    In order for us to successfully manage your project, we will need a single point of contact and authority who has final say-so and decision-making power for the project, and whose instructions and decisions can be considered definitive. By submitting this form, you hereby acknowledge your understanding of this.

    [Note: If you are taking input from multiple people about your website project, we ask that you collect and process comments internally first then have your Primary Contact deliver the final instructions to us to avoid confusion or additional costs.]

  • Who will be the main point of contact during the design & development for this website?
  • How shall we contact this person via email?
  • Your company's exact name as a legal entity -- take note of grammar and capitalization.
  • If located outside of United States.
  • If you don't have an existing website, leave this field blank.
  • This is the email address that will go on the website and various other locations such as business listings if you are also using us in a marketing campaign.
  • Vector formats such as PSD, AI, PDF or transparent PNG/GIF preferred. ZIP archives are fine.

  • Your Business

    This section goes over important information that will influence the layout and content presentation on your new website. Fill these fields out to the best of your ability - the more information, the better.
  • Be realistic here! e.g. Fill out quote form, sign up for my newsletter, etc. If you have different visitor types to your site you may list one action per visitor type.
  • Examples: traditional, fun, creative, formal, relaxed, high-tech, medical, etc. The more the better!
  • Enter information here if you would like your tag line included on the website. Leave blank to have no tag line included.
  • Who are they? What are their interests? Why do they buy from you or do business with you?
    As it may apply to the design aesthetic.
  • Your New Website

    Note: Certain functionality, such as social feeds, may increase the loading time of your website.
  • The Home Page is the first page most website visitors will see. The most important content will go at the top.
  • Color Combinations

    Please state any preferences of color(s) that you want our designers to use in your design. We recommend looking at other successful, high-traffic websites to gain inspiration for colors. For example, blue is one of the highest converting colors for a site, yet it is also the most commonly used. For example, purple sticks out and is unique, but it may not be seen as 'professional'. The colors you select depend entirely on your business' personality. We recommend no more than 3 colors, 2 being preferred. Want fun, creative color combinations? Check out Colour Lovers! (Link opens in a new tab.) Try typing in terms such as "autumn" or "royal blue" in the "search palettes" box.
  • The primary color will be used throughout the site's main elements (backgrounds, links, headings, etc.) Provide HEX # if possible. Example: #4C1919.

  • The secondary color will be used as an accent and call out actionable items (buttons, calls-to-action, etc.) Provide HEX # if possible.
  • If so, what type of photo would you like? Examples include: nature, landscape, photo of office, photo of team, photo of product/service, abstract pattern.
  • Photos! High quality photos make high quality websites. The more the better. Explain how we can receive these photos from you, example: USB flash drive, DropBox, Google Drive, etc.
  • Examples: Home, Services, About Us, Contact Us, Blog, etc. These will appear at the top of every page of your website. When there are many navigation items, we can have a 'sub-menu' appear below an item. Example: "Services -> Window Installation, Glass Cleaning, Door Repair."
  • What are other websites that you are inspired by and would like us to emulate? Please list at least 2 website URLs that appeal to you, and most importantly WHAT parts of the sites you like and WHY you like them. The more descriptive here, the better!
  • Or include any other notes, questions, comments, or requests related to this project.
  • Would you like to have us setup a "Live Chat" feature on your website to allow visitors to chat with you in realtime via a web console and/or an app on your mobile phone?
