You will need to do so before we can begin. First, do a search on https://maps.google.com as follows: "Business Name, City Name, State". If there is a GMB or Maps listing, it will appear there. You will want to click "Claim This Business" and follow the steps. You'll likely need to verify this listing by receiving a postcard.
Once you claim the listing, you'll be able to add socialmedianinjas@gmail.com as a Manager/Administrator.
A minimum monthly advertising budget of $1000 is required to work with us. (Note: This is the amount you pay to Google AdWords for ad impressions on their network, not the amount paid to us for managing your spend which will be additional based on the spend).

In order for your ads to be effective, they need to have a strong and compelling offer. This gives the viewer a reason to click the ad and/or call you. A landing page is a special web page designed to convert visitors from paid traffic campaigns into action-takers, and generally speaking, all campaigns should have some type of landing page. If you answer Yes here, please note an additional $697 fee will be incurred for the design and setup of a basic PPC landing page (more complex landing pages requiring videos, e-commerce, multiple pages, custom ties into CRM/email systems, etc. are more and will be custom quoted). If you do not understand the purpose or value of a landing page, please contact us.
If you do not have us build a landing page for you, we'll need to know where you would like visitors to be sent when they click an ad. This is typically a page on your website, but may also be a standalone page (which is often better as it removes the distractions of a typical website that can take a visitor's focus off of your offer). [NOTE: It is critical for your campaign's success that your landing page be a high-converting one, so if there is any doubt about this, please discuss that with us before we launch the campaign. Sending traffic to a non-converting website or landing page is a waste of ad money].
Mobile responsiveness is a term used to imply that a page has been optimized for a wide variety of devices, including desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. An un-responsive site may be difficult for visitors to use and discourage them from following through with the offer you are advertising.

By default, we will perform all keyword research. However, you know your business best and may have some highly-specific, industry-related keywords that may attract more clicks to your ad. Include them here.

Call tracking allows you to use a separate phone number to be used with people clicking ads so that you can track who called you as the result of ads. By default, we include 1 local call tracking phone number in our campaigns. You will need 1 tracking number for every unique phone number on your website/landing page. 1 number is included in your management fee. Each additional number is provided at a set rate.
This phone number is that of whoever is in charge of receiving and handling clients/customer at your business.
This refers to the page your customers will land on after filling out your lead form or making a purchase.
We can enable location extensions to your Google ads. This allows your ads to show business hours and address information, which may increase ad conversions. To do this, we need your Google My Business login information. This is the email/password that logs into the owner account of your Google Places listing.
We can also enable message extensions on your Google ads. This allows your ads on mobile phones to allow the searcher to send you a sales request via text/SMS message directly to your phone. To do this we need the mobile number to direct the request to as well as any preferred text for the default message message that is sent.
This is usually the email address that manages your Google Places listing.

We may also use existing reviews to enhance your advertisements. Only positive reviews will be used. Please provide review content or links to existing reviews. Some locations for reviews may be on your Facebook, Yelp, or Google business pages.
As a part of your advertising campaign, we may need to access your website to configure tracking. We may also develop a promotional landing page for placement on your website.
Popular registrars include GoDaddy, NameCheap, BlueHost, etc. This is where your domain name was registered. We will be using a "subdomain" as your advertising campaign's landing page. For example, it might appear as http://promo.yourwebsite.com.

Numerous studies have been published showing the conversion rates of incoming leads based on how fast you contact them back. Studies show that returning contact in 5 minutes or less dramatically increased the chance of conversion by 900%..
The Lead Response Management Study mentions that "The odds of qualifying a lead in 5 minutes versus 30 minutes drop 21 times. And from 5 minutes to 10 minutes the dial to qualify odds decrease 4 times." This basically means, after 5 minutes pass,
the less likely you are to close a lead, and this success-rate decreases exponentially as more time passes.
